XOCS - The Customers Logo Is Not Displayed On The EJ Receipt (Doc ID 2915684.1)

When going into the E-Journal in XOCS, the customer receipt logo is not displayed. It shows the default Xstore logo. The customers logo has been uploaded into the configurator but this has not change the receipt logo in E-Journal.

Why is the customer logo not displayed in the EJ?
