On : 11.13.22.07.0 version, Leases

FBDI Import Lease Asset ends in error with no error message.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download FixedAssetLeasesImportTemplate.xlsm from https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/financials/22c/oefbf/fixedassetleaseimport-3077.html
2. Follow the Instructions and CSV Generation
