Users Can Not Expand ESS Scheduled Process Details Results Section (Doc ID 2915882.1)

Symptoms

 
A user is not able to expand the ESS Scheduled Process details section to see the report. This started happening after 22B upgrade.  This is happening only for one user. This happens on all ESS jobs.

Users expect to be able to expand the scheduled process details section
 
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On the scheduled processes UI , go to the process details section for a given ESS job.
