Equipment Max Loading Capacity Is Not Getting Honoured During "Batch Process" (Doc ID 2916112.1)

Actual Behavior:

Orders are planned into consol shipment using "Batch Process".
At the end of the batch process, total shipment weight is exceed the equipment weight.

Expected Behavior:
------------------
But if we manually select the orders one by one and perform action "Build Shipment on primary Leg",
then last order is failed with weight limitation.

Steps:
1. Create Consol Shipment
2. Create Batch process to select multiple orders
3. Raise an Event to triger the agent to perform action "Build Shipment on primary Leg" on the selected orders
4. Check the shipment weight
