Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While assigning AORs with the Scope of Country Specific as India providing additional access to other business unit employees.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
AOR restricted by country should not provide additional access from that country.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Change Country to India in AOR Scope and then go to HR Reports and run Custom Employee Master Report
