Ability to have separate plan document for specific sales rep for the same compensation plan

Use Case and Business Need -

There is scenario of few sales reps having individualized terms and conditions or specific section in their plan document. The requirement is for a separate plan document for these sales reps. The Individualize Optional Text does not meet this requirement.

Example -

Rep A, Rep B, Rep C and Rep D are assigned to compensation plan A. We have assigned a plan document to compensation plan A.

Rep A and B have generic plan documents. So the plan document assigned with the Compensation Plan A would serve the requirement.

Rep C has a plan document which is different from the one which is assigned to Compensation Plan A. And this plan document is specific to only Rep C.

Rep D has a plan document which is different from the one which is assigned to Compensation Plan A. And this plan document is specific to only Rep D.

Requirement is for functionality in the application where multiple plan documents can be assigned to a single plan or to assign separate plan document to specific participant (other than the one assigned to compensation plan).
