Symptoms

Problem Statement
Error in Item Import Child Process when submitting the Item Import with multiple FBDI records. The log for the Item Import Child Process shows the following:

Error

[INFO] The process Item Import Child failed because of an error. Contact your help desk.
FAILURE
java.lang.NullPointerException
at oracle.apps.scm.productModel.items.protectedModel.util.ImportItemThread.setItemAttributeFromIntfRow(ImportItemThread.java:9212)
at oracle.apps.scm.productModel.items.protectedModel.util.ImportItemThread.populateItemEOFromIntrfc(ImportItemThread.java:8145)
