Symptoms

ACTUAL RESULT

When attempting to set up Single Sign-On (SSO) with IDP through ADFS (4.0) the connection test with the company's Identity Provider results in an error.

ERROR

Connection Failed. Configuration may need to be modified. The Federation SSO operation with Identity Provider partner <Company IDP> failed..."
