Goal

Let us consider that there are two regions "X" and "Y". 

Our goal is to reach from the instance in the virtual cloud network (VCN) of region "X" to the object storage in region "Y" via Remote Peering Connection (RPC), using Dynamic Routing Gateway (DRG) through the Service gateway.
