Attribute based planning is not bringing the Sales Order EFF to Plan Inputs

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Sales order EFF should be brought to plan inputs

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Defined EFF for Sales order/Sales order lines
2. Maintain Sales order with EFF values populated.
3. Configure attribute based planning
4. Run collections
