Symptoms
Category name not populating on Fusion Requisition page after coming from Punchout URL.
Few of the categories namely 'Speaker fees' and 'Venue Sourcing Services' where the Category names do not populate on the Fusion Requisition page after coming from the Punchout URL.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Procurement -> Purchase Requisition
2. Click on Punchout catalogs
3. Click on Standard Terms Catalogue – US
4. Add to requisition
5. The category name doesn’t populate for Speaker fees.
