Fusion Global HR: How to Change Checklist Transactions in Stuck status to In Progress status (Doc ID 2916858.1)

Transactions were getting stuck and a server bounce was performed to resolve.  However, old checklist transactions are still in Stuck state. How do we get these 'unstuck' so they return to being 'In Progress'?
