Goal

On: MFCS/RMS 22.1.401.1 version

The MANDATORY_IND column of the ADDR_TYPE_MODULE table is set to Y. Therefore, when the Supplier Update API message is sent to MFCS to change the RET_ALLOW_IND from Y to N, the API does not change the value.
