Error: "Unable to load data Unknown error" When Attempting to Open OBS Administration in P6 Web (Doc ID 2917175.1)

Symptoms

When a specific user attempts to open OBS Administration under User Administration in P6 Web, the following error occurs.

Unable to load data
Unknown error, please contact your System Administrator

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. In P6 Web. navigate to Administration > User Administration > OBS.
  2. Click Analyze Data Usage.
  3. Remove the "Description" column.
  4. Log out of P6 and then log back in.
  5. Attempt to navigate to Administration > User Administration > OBS.
  6. Observe the reported error.
