Symptoms

When attempting to add an UDF after P6 was upgraded, the following error occurs.

Exception Exception in module PM.EXE at 0000000000000000.
Error executing transaction. Error: ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into
("ADMUSER"."UDFVALUE"."TABLE_NAME")



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open a Project.
  2. Add an UDF Value to the Project.
  3. Observed the reported error.
