When attempting to run Quickpay,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

An error occurred when processing formula END OF SERVICE BENEFITS EARNINGS
Formula END OF SERVICE BENEFITS EARNINGS, line 109, too many rows returned. (3=PER_PER_TERMINATION_ACTION_CODE)
An error occurred when processing element {ELEM_NAME. (ETNAME=End of Service Benefits)
An error occurred during formula execution. (ORACLE_ERROR_TEXT=) (FORMULA_ERROR_TEXT=Formula END OF SERVICE BENEFITS EARNINGS, line 109, too many rows returned. (3=PER_PER_TERMINATION_ACTION_CODE))
Error was encountered when processing payroll relationship xxxxxx-1.

1. terminate employee
2. run quick pay for end of service benefits
3. receives error
