Smart View can't be Enabled from Excel Option (Doc ID 2917417.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.10.0 version, GL Reports & Inquire Screens

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Even if the Smart View is enabled in Excel it disappears once the excel file is closed


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Once smart view is Enabled it should stay visible on toolbar

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. open excel file
2. check the tool bar for SmartView option, it was not present
3. Navigate to File->Options->Add-ins->Manage : COM Add-ins-> check the box in front of Oracle Smart View for Office-> click OK
4. check the toolbar and the Smart View option is still not present
