Fusion Global HR: Pending Workers Getting "The server can not be used due to configuration error" When They View Document From Journey Task If LBAC Enabled (Doc ID 2917460.1)

Symptoms

Pending workers are getting the error when they view document on Journey Task.
This is a native Electronic Signature Task using a BIP Report.

Location Based Access Control (LBAC) is Enabled in the Environment.
Issue is only for users whose IP Address was not part of allowed list mentioned in the LBAC config under Security Console.

User has a Pending Worker role which was marked as "Enable Role for access from all IP Addresses".

User can access without error if their IP Address was added to the allowed list.

java,lang.RuntimeException: Failed to retrieve data from Presentation ServerColud not connect to OBI Presentation Service

 
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login as a Pending worker
2. Me > Journeys > My Tasks
3. Open the Electronic Signature Task
4. Enter Full name, email and click View Document link

5. See Login page displayed
6. After entering user credentials, error page displayed

Changes

 BI Report security for LBAC has been fully implemented with 22C release.
