Certain Fields in the Tender Collaboration Screen Set Do Not Show in the TENDER_COLLABORATION Table (Doc ID 2917462.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE DESCRIPTION


 

Users are copying the PLANNER_TENDER_COLLAB screenset to create a new one.

The attribute fields that show on this screenset do not show in the TENDER_COLLABORATION TABLE.

 

How can we access these fields to use them in the agents and screen set?



STEPS TO REPLICATE THE ISSUE


 

  1. Login to OTM and Navigate to CONFIG AND ADMIN - USER ADMIN - SCREEN SETS
  2. Add a new screenset by copying the screen set PLANNER_TENDER_COLLAB
  3. Add a user defined attribute field to this new screenset - attribute1 for example (UDA =user defined attribute)
  4. Save the screenset and setup to access 
  5. Access the new screenset - attempt to edit/add data in the UDA fields - Users cannot edit these fields
