ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Search by date doesn't work on the RTV Search screen in MFCS. When searching for all RTVs, data is returned that includes a date. No results are displayed when filtering the search results on that same date.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The filter should include the searched date

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Tasks, Inventory, Returns to Vendor, Manage Returns to Vendor.
2. Hit search and sort on column Created Date (add the column to view if not already there)
3. Notice RTVs are returned with a date
4. Filter by Created Date as above
5. Notice no RTVs are displayed
