Symptoms
After an admin has configured SSO according the instructions provided in the initial Welcome email from Oracle, when attempting to login to OPC for the first time the following error occurs.
The email address was found, but it is not associated with any active Oracle Primavera Cloud Instances. Contact your administrator.
