Symptoms

Bulk upload of Procurement Agents via import of CSV files within Setup and Maintenance tasks fails with an error message.

Steps to Reproduced:

1) Setup and Maintenance
2) Functional Area 'Procurement Foundation'
3) Task: Manage Procurement Agents
4) Export to CSV File
5) Download the file and populate the user details to set up procurement agents
6) Import to CSV File
7) The process completes with the error 'nullJBO-27014: Attribute PrcBuId in ProcurementAgentAssignmentEO is required.'
