FAW: Unable To Upgrade The FAW Environment (Doc ID 2917482.1)

Goal

The deadline to upgrade to a particular FAW version has been passed and the option to schedule upgrade has been grayed out for this version.
However, option to directly upgrade to the most recent version is enabled instead.

For example, current version of the FAW instance is 22.R2 and while trying to upgrade, the option to upgrade to 22.R3 is grayed out whereas it shows the option to upgrade to 22.R3.P2 instead.
