Purchase type field update not working properly
When updating the department purchase type field from concession to owned, the update is not saved.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Update should be saved
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the tasks menu Foundation Data -> Item Foundation -> Merchandise Hierarchy -> Edit department (sub-department in MRP nomenclature/environment)
2. Update Default Purchase Type from Owned to Concession
3. Click Save and Close
4. Open the same department, previously updated
5. Click edit
6. Update Default Purchase Type from Concession to Owned
7. Click Save and Close
8. Open the same department, previously updated
