When attempting to Setup a workspace for DX4C Storefront
the following error occurs..

sh: 1: dx4c-init: not found


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Run the following commands to create a workspace


2. Getting sh: 1: dx4c-init: not found error



BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, customer is not able to setup development environment for DX4C Buying storefront.
