Symptoms
When creating Calendar using non-Adjustment period frequency of MONTH and having Start Date of First Period >28 the following Error Popup message shows up:
"You must specify a day of 28 or less for the start date of a calendar with a monthly period frequency to generate valid dates for all months in the year (GL-781591)"
