Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.10.0 version, Manage Compensation

When attempting to chnage the employee eligibility in the worksheet
the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Act as Proxy Manager as the desired manager> Click on your Plan> Select component
2. In the compensation worksheet select employee to be made ineligible > Click Actions> Request Eligibility change


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot change employee eligibility.
