Taxes Not Applied To Some CFA Attributes (Doc ID 2918092.1)

Symptoms

 

Taxes were not applied correctly for the items having the custom Flex Attributes(CFA) values for varchar2_2

Steps to recreate:

  1. Create an Item with  CFA having varchar2_1 value,  observed that taxes are applied correctly.
  2. Identify the item only has varchar2_2 value, taxes are NOT applied at all.
