Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Order Reference is available at Court Order calculation card, but it is not showing in the BACS Audit file.
For all the employees, their references are showing in the BACS Audit file, except those who are in Child Support Agency.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Order Reference should be shown in the report.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Make EFT Payments.
2. Order Reference is not visible in the BACS audit report for those who are in Child Support Agency.
