Fusion Compensation: Salary: Is it Possible to Display Range Differential on Compensation Worksheet? (Doc ID 2918309.1)

Last updated on MARCH 13, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Workforce Compensation Cloud Service - Version 11.13.22.10.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Customer has salary range differentials for their location.

The adjusted ranges are showing in Workforce Compensation but they have a requirement to also display the range differential, example .9 or .8 or 1.

Customer was planning to pull this detail in with a Compensation Default and Override fast formula, but they are not seeing any range differentials database items (DBI) returning in the fast formula item search.

Can you confirm if there is a database item for the salary range differential that can be pulled into the workforce compensation worksheet?
