Symptoms

When attempting to connect Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) to Primavera Gateway, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Primavera Gateway Connection unavailable. Try gain or contact your administrator.
PRM-005001000


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In OPC configure the connection by entering the URL for Primavera Gateway API e.g. https://us2.unifier.oraclecloud.com/<SERVICE NAME>/gatewayapi
2. Enter the username and password for the Primavera Gateway Administrator. This is any user that can login to Gateway e.g. https://us2.unifier.oraclecloud.com/<SERVICE NAME>/gateway
3. Click Test Connection
