Can't Find Deleted Item_Location In The Fetch Data (Doc ID 2918710.1)

Symptoms

ITEM_Location delete works but when fetching the data for deletion in VESTCOM can't see any single record with delete Item_location.

There are two problems encountered:

1. When creating ITEM/PRICE CHANGE/ PROMOTIONS/CLEARANCE can't see the deleted location.
2. When delete PROMOTION, still can't find the deleted location.
