Email Notifications Are Not Sent From Unifier When General Comments Are Added to BP Records (Doc ID 2918943.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When adding general comments to a Business Process (BP), the email notifications are not sent.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Notification to be sent after a comment is added.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier Application.
  2. Switch to admin mode in a project.
  3. Navigate to BP setup.
  4. Navigate to notifications tab.
  5. Select "Add General Comments" checkbox under Notification Triggering Events.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Add comments to the BP record.
  8. Notice that there are no notifications sent
