FAW: How To Create Custom Read Only Role Having Access Like FAW Service Administrator Role (Doc ID 2918999.1)

Goal

Need to create a custom read only access role for following functionality 

1. To check daily performance of data pipeline
2. Release Updates
3. Able to access Sessions & Query Caches
4. Access Issue SQL

The above requirement can be achieved by assigning FAW Service Administrator role but customer does not want to provide this elevated access instead create a custom FAW Service Administrator Role with Read Only Access
