STEPS

Configurable form is part of preboarding step, which activates the dependent tasks based on the input values given.
-- Checklist setup:
-- Enterprise onboarding > Action name : Add Pending Worker
-- Steps: Preboard and onboarding
-- configurable form is part of Preboard step
-- Recruiter Input on Additional task (configurable task)
-- It has 10 input parameters which will activate the dependent tasks based on the results from Eligibility profile/fast formula
-- Input attributes are used from ATTRIBUTE13
