Symptoms

When users are working within P6 Professional, the following error is randomly received and the users are kicked out of the application:

Exception Exception in module PM.EXE at 0000000000000000.
Error executing Transaction.
Error: ORA-00001: unique constraint (ADMUSER.PK_UDFVALUE) violated.

STEPS

1. Observe the error occurs randomly while working within P6 Professional.
