Unable to Edit A Query Value for Date Range When Running A User-Defined Report

Symptoms
When running a User-Defined Report (UDR) and trying to modify a date range using the 'between' operator:
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Users cannot edit the query value for a date range even though it is set to Allow Modify at Run.
Notice that the query field is not even a date field and it only shows the one field, not two even though the query condition is set to between.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
To be able to modify the query value when it is configured to Allow Modify at Run.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- In Unifier, navigate to the applicable User-Defined Report node.
- Select the desired report.
- Double-click to run the report.
- Observe the value only has one date and the query cannot be modified despite it being set to Allow Modify at Run.
