Cannot See Activities of a Proxy User (Doc ID 2919340.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When using a Progress License User (Activity Owner) with a Proxy, the user accessing as a proxy does not have access to the "My Activities" Page of the user being proxied

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Proxy to see "My Activities" for the "Proxy To" user and be able to make necessary updates.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Global Permission and License are identical for the users
  2. Both users have access to the project needing to update
  3. When using as a proxy, the "Proxy To" is not able to see My Activities
