On : 19.3 version, Operations & Maintenance

New shipment numbers are getting created for asnin mod messages and not updating the previous one.

For any current shipment, asnin mod messages are not updating the previous shipment number, but instead creating a new shipment number with the changes in the asnin mod message.
Could you please check on this issue?
