Making a custom contact DCL dependent on a custom Account DCL


We have a custom account DCL and a custom Contact DCL on the Service Request object. Is there a way for us to modify the custom contact DCL (advanced filters) to return the contacts related to the custom account DCL?

Step 1: Pick an account from the Custom Account DCL
Step 2: Pick a contact from the Custom Contact DCL, which should be a contact associated with the above selected account.
