Symptoms

After upgrade to latest version (22D), Approval Rules needed to be restored, however when using SOA Composer to do so, there was a very long run time and eventually the webpage timed out, and an error occurred.

ERROR
Error validating archive, referenced composite
"default/PrcPorManageReqApprovalComposite!14005236_34047627" is not deployed on this system!

The deployment job XXXXX failed due to one or more errors. Contact your help desk. (POR-2010710)
