Symptoms
WH cannot be created with an id with 10 digits
In MFCS versions 19.2 and 19.3 it is not possible to create a WH with an id of 10 digits. Up to 9 works but with 10 digits the following error is displayed when saving virtual WH.

ORA-02291: integrity constraint (RMS01.WHD_WAH_FK) violated - parent key not found
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a wh with an id with 10 digits, eg 999999999
2. Add business address
3. Add VWh with an id with 10 digits, eg 9999999998
4. Save
