Symptoms

RPM Price change induction batch completes successfully but the files are not loaded.

Steps to reproduce:
-------------------
1. Upload PCIND.zip file through REST API.
2. Once File is uploaded to object storage, please run the RPM_PRICE_CHANGE_INDUCTION_JOB.
3. Batch completes successfully, but price change is not created.
