Symptoms

PROBLEM STATEMENT

While editing an existing time card and then saving or submitting it, an error message is thrown.
Time cards worked until Dec 30, 2022. There were no changes to the time card configuration. No maintenance occurred.


ERROR

The time card can't be submitted. Contact your help desk. (HXT-1665064)



WHAT IS WORKING
---------------------
Employees that are NOT non-exempt shift can submit and save time cards on the responsive UI

 
STEPS
-------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Edit a time card as an employee
2) Save or Submit
3) Error is thrown
