Assign To Me Service Request Is Not Working For All Users (Doc ID 2919813.1)

Symptoms

The 'Assign to Me' action on the SRs list page is not working for all users.

Replication steps:

1) Login to the application and navigate to the Service Requests List page
2) Click on Actions> Assign To Me
3) Click on one or more Service Requests then click on the "Assign to Me (# Selected)" button
4) The Service Requests are not assigned to the user

 

The issue occurs when using custom Saved Searches, which have been configured as "Set as Default" and "Run Automatically" on the SRs list page.
