Symptoms

Arabic characters are not seen correctly in the target when loading data from Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Cloud to Oracle Database Cloud Service (DBCS) using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). They are shown as question marks, square signs, etc instead.
