Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After setting up rules in Design Studio to hide Drivers License section for both employees and HR, Drivers License section is still visible and editable, and HR user is still able to add drivers license.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users should not be able to view or edit Driver license section, and should not able able to add Driver license.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set as not visible the Driver license section
2. The Driver license section still showed as visible
