When attempting to assign new source lines to existing assets, the following error occurs.

You can't perform a transaction on the same date or in the same fiscal year as a previously entered impairment transaction.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. prepare new source lines where the Add To Asset field is populated
2. run Post Mass Addition. Get error.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot assign the given source lines to existing assets.
