Goal

In v19.3 (before RMFCS 19.3.013.3)  it was not possible to create a Total using the SA_MISSING_TRAN even though the Realms and Parameters exist and it is visible in the Wizard.

This was solved starting with RMFCS 19.3.013.3 version.
