Error 'Unable to load the data - Unknown error' When Attemptiong to View the Service Status Screen (Doc ID 2920040.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to access the View Service Status screen in P6 EPPM Web, the following error occurs.

An error occurred while processing you request. Please try again or contact administrator.

Unable to load data
Unknown error, please contact your System Administrator.

The following error can also be found in the <P6 EPPM home>\p6\WebAccessLogs\P6WebAccess.html log file:

  • If a separate p6services.jar process and configuration has been created to handle job services, the location of the file will be the <p6services.jar location>\WebAccessLogs\ directory.
  • If a separate Job Services managed server has been configured in WebLogic using p6jobservices.war, the location of the file will be the <P6 EPPM home>\<Job Services component>\WebAccessLogs\ directory.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to P6 EPPM Web.
2. Click the down-arrow in the upper right hand corner then choose View Service Status.
